Mayor of Banning 
Councilman and Mayor Bob Botts retired to Banning in 1998.
With a BA in Business Management he was a businessman for forty years working in Banking, Retail and Manufacturing. He was elected to the Banning City Council in 2006 and served as the Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency in 2007 and 2008.
He was elected as Mayor in 2008 and reelected in 2009. He is a Past President of the San Bernardino Area Chamber of Commerce and has been active in many business organizations, charities and is a Rotarian.
Married to Ann Westbrook Botts, they have three daughters and five grandchildren.
